We then package up all the supplies you need to get your babies growing! All supplies are hand selected, sustainable and custom. Royal Mail will then deliver your box each month.

You are now a member of our growing family. Simply follow our hand crafted grow guides, video tutorials and exclusive member group to get nature doing its thing. If your situation changes at any point you are free to cancel.

Total pro, or complete beginner, we are here to support you. We are available via text to make sure you and your plant babies are enjoying the experience. No gimmick, just great fun!
Your Questions Answered
What is in the box?
We provide you with everything you need to grow your own fruit, veg and herbs at home. All you need to do is add water!
We supply you with three or four packets of seasonal seeds, the perfect sized pots to grow your seeds, peat-free compost and organic plant food.
You will receive all the support you need with our comprehensive grow guides, or if you are a visual learner we also provide picture tutorials for subscribers via the members area.
When do you take payment?
After you place your order we will take payment straight away for the first month.
For all following deliveries we will take payment on the same date you placed your first order. So for example if you placed your first order on the 10th, we will take all recurring payments from the 10th of each month. You can manage, update. pause or cancel your subscription at anytime by creating an account, or emailing us as long as it is three days before your next payment date of the month.
How flexible is it?
Garden with Joe is fully flexible! Situations change and we understand that, so you can cancel anytime via your membership area or by letting us know directly. Please note you will have to cancel or inform us three days before payment is taken for that month, otherwise your cancellation will be processed in the following month.
How much space do I need?
All of our seed varieties are hand-picked to be patio compatible. Ideally you will need a medium size balcony or bigger. If you have a smaller space it may be better to have a box sent every other month.
Your growing space will ideally need to receive sunlight for at least half of the day. The sunnier the spot the better your results will be.
Some seeds may need to be started off inside. All you need is one sunny windowsill.

I am a complete beginner, is that okay?
Yes, absolutely! We provide you with everything you need to get your babies growing.
We will also provide you with all the information you need to get growing. If you get stuck along the way or just want to chat, we are available via email too.
How sustainable are you?
We take sustainability very seriously. Our grow boxes are one of the most sustainable options on the market.
All packaging is fully recyclable or compostable, we use one of the UK's most sustainable printing companies. Our pots are manufactured using recycled ocean plastic and our compost and fertilizer are fully organic and pea- free.

When will my box arrive?
We start shipping each month's box from the 2nd.
Your box will then be dispatched the same day you placed your first order for all following rolling subscriptions. You can change your delivery date in the members area or by letting us know.
